Notes Archie Comics’ Kevin Keller is getting his own series … AND MARRIED …Wow. It was kind of a big deal when Archie Comics introduced Kevin Keller. Clearly not content to rest on the laurels of finally having an openly gay character in Riverdale, Kevin Keller is getting his own series, wants to serve in the military and is apparently getting married next year.
I always considered Riverdale to be a place where it was perpetually 1950 in terms of diversity, but clearly, I was wrong as hell.
Congrats, Archie. I wish more publishers would follow your lead.

I think it is funny as all hell that the “family values” comics publisher is the one that has been the most pro-gay of all the major publishers, and completely unapologetic about it.
